Privacy Policy

What we collect
Name, email, encrypted password, language, billing data handled by Stripe (we never store card numbers) and what you enter in the app: pantry, grocery list, meals, due date and pregnancy week, food restrictions, notes and product photos you send to the assistant.
Consumer health data
Your due date, pregnancy week, food restrictions, meals and how they sat with you are health-related data. You provide them voluntarily, we use them only to run the service, and we ask for your express consent when you sign up. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
How we use it
To provide the service, personalize suggestions, process payments, send account emails, send the weekly pregnancy email if you added your due date (turn it off from the link in the email or in My account) and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that run the service: MongoDB Atlas (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (processes assistant requests to generate answers) and our email provider.
Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your data. In “My account” you can edit your information and delete your account with all its data. For other requests, write to the support email shown in the app. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under state privacy and consumer health data laws.
Retention
We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete it we erase your app data; invoices are kept in Stripe for accounting obligations.
