MomPlate is a service of Zettha LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. What we offer
A web tool to organize meals during pregnancy: pantry, recipes, grocery list, meal history and an AI-powered assistant.
2. Not nutritional or medical advice
MomPlate does not provide nutritional or medical advice. Its suggestions are based on the components and nutrients of each product, to give you more options for healthy, nutrient-rich meals during pregnancy. Information and assistant answers may contain errors and do not replace prenatal care or a consultation with a healthcare professional. If you have any symptom or concern, contact your doctor or go to the emergency room.
3. Account
Your account is personal and may be shared with one other person in your household. The number of devices with an open session depends on your plan. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
4. Plans, subscription and payments
We offer Small, Medium and Large plans with the features and daily limits shown on the pricing page. Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe, with no free trial. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel; after canceling you keep access until the end of the paid period. When you change plans, Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
When available, the Pregnancy Pass is a one-time payment that gives access to the Large plan for the number of months shown at purchase. It does not renew automatically. If the payment is fully refunded, pass access ends at that time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, try to access other people's accounts or abuse the assistant. Daily limits per plan may change with prior notice.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for health decisions made based on the service.
